Martin Locraft is a third generation architect with a deeply rooted appreciation for aesthetics and the built environment.
A graduate of the School of Architecture and Planning at The Catholic University of America, he has spent the last two decades working on single-family residential projects throughout the DC Metro Area and beyond.
From an intricate and intimate row house renovation on Capitol Hill to a stately single-family home in rural Connecticut, his passion for the finished product, and the process of getting there, has endured. He values client relationships and professional connections, and embraces the challenges that quality design inevitably presents.
In the Spring of 2025, he joined the faculty at his alma mater — now the School of Architecture and Allied Arts — where he currently teaches a second year design studio.
He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, is licensed in the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland, and is NCARB certified.
